  • WHAT TO EXPECT?

    What are the benefits of MOXI® Laser?


    Improves: Uneven skin tone, pigmentation, sun damage (including melasma), signs of aging, uneven texture, and fine lines/wrinkles.


    • Quick Treatment Time: Each session takes approximately 15 minutes, with 15-30-minute topical numbing period for a comfortable experience.
    • Minimal Downtime: Includes a double cleanse, medical grade numbing cream, post-care sample products. Expect 24 hours without makeup or strenuous activities.

    The healing process involves micro-dots, pixel like or "MENDS" (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris), that flake off between days 3-5, revealing new glowy skin beneath.


    • Ideal For: Clients focused on boosting collagen, improving overall skin health, and addressing textural concerns, alongside some tone correction.

  • HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

    You should achieve initial results with 2 session; with up to 4 sessions per year, spaced 4 weeks apart, for ongoing maintenance.

  • CAN I COMBINE THE MOXI® LASER WITH ANOTHER TREATMENT?

    MOXI can be layered with BBL HERO in a treatment called Stax for comprehensive rejuvenation, addressing both pigmentation and texture at a lower combined cost.

  • I'M BOOKED IN FOR A TREATMENT, IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO BEFOREHAND?

    • Do not use fake tan for at least 2 weeks before undergoing MOXI treatment. It's crucial to ensure your skin is free from artificial tanners to avoid serious skin reactions.
    • Minimise sun exposure and avoid active tanning for 2 weeks before your appointment.
    • Discontinue retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliating products 5 days prior.
    • Avoid waxing, chemical peels and aggressive skin treatments on the area for 1–2 weeks beforehand.
    • Arrive if possible with clean skin free of makeup.
    • Inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active skin infection, cold sore outbreak, or have recently started any new medications.
    • If you have a history of cold sores, please let us know before your appointment as preventative medication may be recommended.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY TREATMENT?

    Patients can typically resume normal activities immediately following MOXI® treatment. Follow your Dermal therapist's advice closely. Avoid direct sun exposure and wear sunscreen.


    1. Your skin may feel sensitive, like a sunburn.

    2. Keep skin moisturised and avoid picking at

    MENDS to support the healing process; a gentle moisturiser and sunscreen are recommended for 3 days post treatment. 

    3. Clients should avoid makeup for 24 hours and follow all aftercare instructions for optimal results.
